"TWO TURKISH mainlanders with fake Cypriot IDs got past passport control at Larnaca airport unnoticed on Monday afternoon.
The 23-year old and 17-year-old had crossed over from the north and headed towards Larnaca Airport to board a Cyprus Airways flight to London.
According to police it was not until they reached the departure lounge and presented their IDs for the second time that a Cyprus Airways employee became suspicious.
The two men were subsequently arrested for fraud and illegal entry into the Republic. As of yesterday they were remanded in custody for six days."
